If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a streamlined process for returns and exchanges to get you back to your workout as soon as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via the online portal or email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Equipment

  Ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging, including all bolts, manuals, and accessories, to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided return label or arrange for a courier to deliver the package to our central distribution center, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
